After criss-crossing the island for 18 months to discover hidden valleys, viewpoints and summits that many inhabitants don't even know, we had the great idea of setting up our Nature Trails excursion. We wanted to share our knowledge of this magnificent island with our guests. After many months spent to get all exclusive access permits through private properties, Nature Trails was born with the sole aim of bringing very small group of privileged guests where tourists can't go.
Alain, your guide, who speaks fluently English, French and German will gladly explain and answer any of your questions about the local fauna, flora and history of his native island or whatever aspect of the local life that you are interested to know. Hannelore who is German, lives in Mauritius since 2002. She speaks fluently English and takes care of the administration and logistics that help our excursion run smoothly.
